A 2-Class Bundle is a great way to hone your skills on the wheel: alternating throwing and trimming classes. Explore centering, pulling and creating different forms, followed up by trimming finished work on the wheel to create refined forms with a finished foot.

What is a Bundle?

At Waveform you have the flexibility to "Build your own bundle." Most pottery studios offer six week courses that require a recurring weekly commitment at the same time. This can be prohibitive for folks with fluctuating schedules, energy levels or commitments.

Waveform offers an a la carte style schedule: you can build a 2, 4 or 6 class bundle and take classes at times that work for your schedule. Classes do need to occur at least a day apart and no more than 8 days apart to ensure continuity, and bundles include both throwing and trimming classes: throwing is when we work with wet clay in an earthy, mud-like state to create vessels and forms. Trimming happens later - the same pieces dry to a leatherhard state (like chocolate) and we carve them to refine the form and finish the shape. To build a bundle, you'll need to book a trimming class for every two throwing classes. If you book a 2-Class bundle, book a throwing class followed by a trimming class.

How to Schedule?

After purchasing this Bundle, return to the scheduling page to schedule your Throwing and Trimming Classes. Think of Throwing as part 1 and Trimming as part 2 - every time you throw on the wheel, you need to schedule a follow-up to trim what you made the previous session. Classes need to be scheduled at least 24 hours apart and no more than 8 days apart.
